Payment Terms

New Clients: Typically, we require full payment with your Purchase Order. However, this may be amended by management as indicated in the Quotation.

Established Clients: A 50% deposit is due with your Purchase Order, and the remaining balance is due when your order is ready for shipment.

Payment Methods: We accept payments via EFT. Our bank details are conveniently provided on your invoice.

Late Payments: A late fee of 4% per month will be applied to invoices that are overdue. If payment is not received after 60 days, we may need to suspend services.

Invoice Disputes: If you find any discrepancies on your invoice, please let us know in writing within 14 days so we can resolve them quickly.

Flexibility: We don't have minimum order values. Partial payments are also accepted, provided the invoice is paid in full within 30 days.

Returned Payments: An administration and restocking fee of 15% of the invoice value will apply to returned payments.
